The KidsTLC team adapts its approach to meet the individual needs of each child, with the goal of safely returning that child to his or her family and community just as soon as the child is ready. Our team of doctors, nurses, and therapists uses a number of strategies, including medication, counseling, and therapy, plus social activities, to help the child improve.

STEPS to Success includes two approaches:

RASR: a short-term rapid assessment program where kids in crisis may be admitted 24 hours a day.

The Phoenix Program: our highly successful extended stay for kids who are severely emotionally disturbed and have been labeled “treatment resistant.”
